      It's sales... Hard at times, but you can really make money.

      Pros

      - Consistent training and support - Uncapped commission... you really determine your own paycheck - Great work environment. Daily meetings to create the team atmosphere and quarterly special events - CEO and management really cares about every person

      Cons

      It is what you put into it. If you slack off and don't make a sale you don't get a paycheck. At the same time, if you go to work you should average at least 3 sales a day at $100 a sale.

      Pros

      I have worked for SOLCOMM for just over a year. This is a wonderful company to work for and some of the best people to work with! Everyone works together to help the company grow. There are so many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      You have to be able to adapt and go with the flow. Sometimes the plan changes or the sale doesn't go through but the SOLCOMM team is there to support you and work though any challenge that may arise.

      Pros

      Great company to work for, make your own schedule, offers great training, tons of opportunity for advancement and its easy money. Also very easy to bring in a grand a week

      Cons

      So far I haven't come across any CONS. Endless you're someone who is nervous about going door to door and dealing with people
