      Travelling is common and celebrated (geographically diverse clients) Understanding and caring leadership: Your problem becomes theirs as soon as you bring it up Amazing talent with a contagious energy Great pay Very diverse intellectually and 28 nationalities (<100 employees)

      Just one day wfh - which is not that flexible as elsewhere.

      They invest a lot in employee engagement. Ensuring the office environment is great and with everything you need, asking for the training you are interested in, organising cultural activities or gathering everyone together in nice events...

      Cons

      Culture and bonding with the colleagues is very important for them so the WFH policy is not the most flexi one.
