      Honestly, there's nothing I can think of. If something does come up, we talk to each other and/or the CEO to find the solution.

      • Flexible schedule working from home, great work life balance • Commissions are paid weekly • Management actually cares about the success of Sales Reps and are open to feedback and new ideas on how to improve • Established company with a great product • Weekly Sales Team conference calls make you feel like part of a team

      None to speak of, the company communicates openly about systems and processes that are currently being worked on and promotes feedback and suggestions regularly.

      This was a very positive and rewarding experience for me having the luxury of selling an honest valuable service to businesses while earning good money from the comfort of my home office. The staff and support structure are tops.

      Cons

      None as long as you provide the discipline and commitment to do the work necessary for success while working as an independent contractor.
