Great opportunity, a lot of upsides but some flaws with management

Pros
Many responsibilities/roles, good company culture, very good coworkers (at least during my time), great exposure to information related to the field, management is kind and aims to be accommodating
Cons
Sometimes poor work/life balance with OT, not uncommonly understaffed, management partly lacking in organization, limited PTO starting out. This is overall a challenging role with a lot of upsides (depending on position and what you're looking for). I found it ultimately very valuable.

Work and learn with new gear.
Cons
Long hours, a bit disorganized. Employees were great except for one person that was patronizing towards me. Limited amount of vacation days.
