Pros
The staff are given lots of autonomy, and all managers are very responsive to feedback. It is a fully remote company, with a huge focus on making the staff feel engaged with co-workers, lots of opportunities to have a chat or play a game. The company is growing at a pretty speedy rate, and has been for a few years. I think they hire with personality in mind, as everyone at SchemeServe is friendly, engaged, and responsive. Updates to the software are happening pretty consistently.
