      Pros

      This is the 4th company I've worked for in my career. I thought I had worked for good companies before and I clearly didn't know what the definition of a good company was. They treat you like family, make great products, and are always listening and looking for ways to improve. Nobody company is perfect, but they defiantly strive to be.

      Cons

      Vacation time doesn't compete with anyone in the field.

      As you said, we listen and always look for ways to improve. A competitive PTO plan is crucial in any season and now more than ever.
