      Positive working environment, important work, rewarding financially. The company truly took care of the employees.

      That there wasn't an office in the state I moved to. I loved working for Sebesta.

      Pros

      Sebesta is a great place to work because the corporate leaders are more people oriented rather than treating employees like a number on a spreadsheet! The range of services offered and performed by Sebesta are engaging and always performed professionally by all levels of project team members. Staff capabilities at Sebesta are an absolutely great feature!

      Not working with Sebesta sooner!

      Great team - lots of top notch, hard working engineers that care about doing a good job, but also know how to have fun Lots of great clients - interesting, challenging work New highly experienced company top management (CEO/ President) has significantly reduced overhead, focused on providing cost effective value to clients

      Cons

      Last year top management made some questionable hires that did not provide value - fortunately new management has turned that situation around.
