Great owner , great opportunities

Pros

Great owner Busy- lots of clients Great people to work with Safe location in San Francisco Licensed staff can make a very very good living and have a vibrant clientele. Diversity among staff

Cons

As Jobs go, It’s a pretty good one. Can be very busy and so everyone works hard. Running a business in the Presidio is very expensive and you have to pay for everything and I do mean everything - hot water boiler, painting the outside of the building, all the plumbing, electrical, flooring, windows etc. All of it. Makes it harder to make a profit and of course staff don’t really understand what costs go into running a business, especially one in the presidio.

Pros

Spa Manager is an awesome leader, firm yet compassionate, as well as fair and empathetic. Free parking if you drive in.

Cons

Located in The Presidio of San Francisco near the Golden Gate bridge, commuting can be challenging if you don't live in SF.
