Pros

A positive work environment where collaboration and teamwork are highly encouraged. Very approachable leadership team, creating an atmosphere with open communication. Support is always available when you need it which is very important. Great place to work if you're a responsible, ambitious person.

Cons

None so far, but I'd love to see a diverse portfolio of clients/Projects in EMEA

Pros

Despite what some reviews may indicate I would argue that Sevenstep is a representation of what good company ethos and leadership is - I like many others across the world in recruitment was laid off but the team handled it with sensitivity and respect throughout and made me feel supported by reaching out and checking in, which most companies wouldn’t do! Flexible tech focused company, remote working is incredibly beneficial. Yearly merit based reviews which are very well thought out and delivered with true recognition - made me feel like my work was always valued. Career progression is unmatched, if you do your job well and show up with enthusiasm you will progress Great managers in the UK - Rebecca, Matthew, Jay, Kieran and Blake are all incredible management to be working with, I couldn’t say enough good things. No corporate nonsense, this isn’t a ‘wolf of wall street’ type role it’s very much a friendly team who will always level with you and show a more human side which I valued a great deal. When someone messes up the management style is very much ‘we all make mistakes, let’s learn from it and grow’ rather than disciplinarian type management which I valued hugely.

Cons

The only cons for me is the fact this position came to an end as I loved my job and the people at Sevenstep. Maybe the office location in the UK as it’s in Devon!
