      Pros

      Lovely office, lovely co-workers! Lots of flexibility to carve out the path you want - it's really what you make of it. I enjoy coming to work, and appreciate not being micromanaged. Exciting environment for those who don't need rigid structure to get the job done.

      Cons

      Communication can often feel disorganized, especially with international teams. I've seen great improvement over the past 5+ years, but there is always room to grow.

      Pros

      Love the team and love the company. Although it is a global company, the team itself in NYC is fairly small. You'd expect very corporate vibes, but the culture itself is super start-upy. VP of the company is very involved and understanding unlike many other corporate companies. This is definitely a place for someone who has a chill and down to earth personality, do NOT apply if you prefer to be micro-managed or want a serious, structured job. At the same time, the lack of structure is what makes the company amazing. It is not for everyone but I absolutely love the flexibility. Plus, great snacks and they have Nespresso, not the cheap generic coffee! BONUS: Pets in office are also allowed!

      Cons

      Incredibly fast paced and demanding, it is obvious if you are not doing your job as each role coordinates with each other.
