      Pros

      You don't just feel like an employee there, you feel like family! Every is committed to care and customer service within in the walls of the office buildings and on the show floors! Shepard truly cares about their people, rather you're a customer, vendor, or employee!

      Cons

      None to be spoken of! Every place of work has it's issues. No one is completely satisfied with all things, but when the good greatly outweighs any bad; good is the only thing spoken of!

      Pros

      I've had a great experience working remotely for this company. They train thoroughly and my management has great communication with me. I am praised for my good work.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that the graphic design work does not require much creativity. This is mundane, easy, and steady work.
