      Global company with lots of opportunity for progression

      Pros

      Simpro Group has sister companies in countries across the world so there's a lot of opportunity to work globally. It's a large and growing company which offers a lot of opportunities for people wanting to progress and learn. Really strong and varied benefits package for employees. Simpro has a culture of empowerment where we are trusted and given the autonomy to try new things and make decisions.

      Cons

      Global working has huge upsides but also some challenges when teammates work in different time-zones. Simpro do offer the flexibility and autonomy to manage this though.

      The best place I've worked so far

      Pros

      I’ve loved being part of the company’s growth so far and growing with it. Over the years I’ve had awesome opportunities to learn and develop. Being part of a small to then a SME size company, I had heaps of exposure and involvement in really interesting work. I’ve been super lucky with all my leaders here as they’ve given me a lot of trust, recognition and progression. I have a lot of autonomy, flexibility, ownership, as well as a pretty good salary along with nice perks and benefits. It sounds a bit cheesy, but it’s genuinely the best place I’ve worked so far in my career.

      Cons

      At times we run so fast, it can be a challenging at times and a little draining. But I think if you’re resilient and have a good work ethic, you can see the positives that working at this pace can bring. We can be a been siloed in how we work, but that is because of our fast paced culture. That said, we’re continually looking for ways to improve this. Our ELT genuinely want it to be a great place to work and are so open to ideas, improvements and trialling this - many other ELT’s are not like this at all!!
