Pros
Great location and office environment. Great team of co workers and management. Lots of training and probably the best mentors in the business.
Cons
Spent more time trying to talk people out who want to leave. Wish the management talked to me about the amount of training and support I had and not get lured away with just more short term money.

Founder brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and is genuinely interested and invested in each person success and growth. One on One personal training and coaching on best practices and situational analysis. Entrepreneurial atmosphere where Liaisons are encouraged to "think outside the box" and differentiate Skillcycle from industry norms and stereotypes. Focus on long term career agent approach over transactional paper pushing. Exceptional commission structure that allows Liaisons to take advantage of the hot market and great coaching that will allow for continued success when there is a downturn.
