Pros

Unlimited PTO and Summer hours Mon-Thur are two of my favorites. I look forward to showing up to work every day and working with an awesome, fun, motivated group of people.

Cons

Don’t be afraid to work hard and put in the effort. There is no shortage of work at SnackCrate. People who do not succeed have negative attitudes. Learn how to be an asset and you will be respected and rewarded.

Pros

The culture and training are great. I feel like I was given the tools I need to succeed, and management creates a very safe environment to ask questions along the way. There are channels to offer suggestions to improve things, which makes me feel invested in the company and heard.

Cons

The pay is pretty good for this role, but not a lot of opportunity for raises.
