* The tech stack is quite modern. It's nice to work with up to date technologies. * Really good automation. The CI is quite extensive and catches a lot of issues so you don't have to fret when a release is made. * It's nice working on a product that is approachable, not pie in the sky like many startups. * Most use Macs, a few Linux, but you're free to use what tools you like and there's support for common tools (PyCharm, VSCode, ...). * Hybrid working.

Cons

* The offices are spread world-wide, and if you have a code review from a far away place, the back and forth can take a while before you get it merged.
