Pros

Very talented designers and good studio atmosphere based on collaboration. Very diverse and generally interesting projects.

Cons

Many projects, by their nature, take a long time to develop. Younger architects will not be exposed to a Wide range of experiences rapidly. On the other hand, younger designers may have more autonomy to explore design options as opposed to solely following the sketches or instructions from senior supervisors.
