Pros

Fun work culture! Free snacks every day and catered lunch on Wednesday! Opportunity to work with top companies around the country!!

Cons

Sometimes hours can be a bit long during the holiday season but ample time off is given in January to account for it

Pros

These are the smartest, hardest working people you’ll find anywhere. You will absolutely learn so much, so quickly here. Sometimes if feels like a crash course, but you come out of busy periods knowing significantly more about paid media and performance-driving techniques than you knew possible. Even across account teams, there is a strong spirit of collaboration with SocialCoders answering questions, teaching each other, and working together to ensure we are driving the highest level of performance for all clients. A lot of the team here is young and in their first and second job out of college, which is a great learning experience but absolutely skews the negative reviews on here. As someone who has a lot of agency experience before joining SocialCode, including our most competitive agencies, this is one of the best agencies around. Good work is celebrated and supported. Teams are dynamic and work together to excel in client services. AAMs and AMs get paid overtime and can have flexible working schedules (WFH, etc) if they work with their managers. Agency life is always hard work and can lead to long hours but SocialCode actively works to make that better for everyone. Perks: Work from Wherever Fridays in the Summer and closed the week between Christmas and New Years (with skeleton coverage, of course). Fun office events + outings (workout classes and volunteering). Snacks, free lunch, Bagel Mondays in Q4. Competitive quarterly bonuses.

Cons

As with any agency, there are busy periods and light periods. Busy times in this industry are tough but teams can work with their managers to make it more sustainable and find balance during the quieter weeks/months.
