Pros

This is a mission-driven company doing real work at a meaningful scale. The pace is fast, the problems are real, and there is genuine opportunity to shape outcomes rather than just execute a narrow role. Leadership expects ownership and consistent output. People who are self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to build while operating will do well here. There's room to influence strategy, improve systems, and take responsibility beyond your job description. Probably the number #1 "pro" - the company attracts smart, motivated people who genuinely care about doing high-quality work.

Pros

I've learned a lot here and they give you the support to grow within the company. Everyone is willing to lend a hand and takes the time to teach you new responsibilities. They foster a great work culture and everyone truly cares about the success of the company. Additionally, they care about their employees and encourage a work life balance.

Cons

The company is growing fast so their can be a lack of structure - but they are actively working on implementing the infrastructure needed for a growing company.
