      Pros

      Great people with all range of skills, whether working in BHX or London lots of talent across all departments and disciplines. Has a great collaboration culture, workshops and creative hackathons across brands and exploration work. A nice social culture from company wide art shows, submitted by employees to showcase talent within the company. Nice social events and planning as well as adhock events, a mix of young and experienced team always something going on to be part of. There's great opportunities to learn and invest in your future and training, great perks being linked to JLR share all off their internal ethos and investing in their people, celebrating cultural holidays, diversity and inclusion, women in tech, all while being part of an agency vive.

      Cons

      Process driving work, working agile isn't for everyone but it's done very well. Supporting a majority of one brand can be less diverse but still challenging, always a problem to solve. The pattern between London and head offices can at times mean the work can be driving by the larger teams and be more focused on delivery, but their always open to feedback and input across every project.
