Pros
The technology, and strategy makes it an easy sell in the marketplace. The team is great to work with, everyone is very laid back. It is great feeling as though I'm a part of a team instead of just an employee. The client base is also very enjoyable to work with.
Cons
With a company growing as fast as this company is, we have to currently evolve to meet expectations for the larger staff and growing client base.
