Leadership that is truly focused on the employee and making sure the employee is valued. Open door is truly a policy and the leadership desires feedback and believe this helps them become better leaders. Some of the best civil engineers in the industry. Hands down one of the highest performing and enjoyable teams I have worked with.
Cons
Growing and implementing improved operations to maximize best practices. We are working hard on becoming better which is a positive but in the process continual communication is needed and it can get busy. Countering this with a growth initiative to add more employees and create efficient systems. Fun but hard work.
