Great working environment. Great Engineering Team/ Co-Founders were very supportive of all proposed changes for improvement
Cons
The company was acquired by Genius Sport which became public a few years ago. The new company's management is full of people without experience. The result is a very bad corporate culture.

Has very little beuracracy, have the freedom to work on things you think will be beneficial and results oriented.
Cons
Difficult to think of any. Start Up type company so might not be good if you don't like that vibe.
