      Strada hires great people (not to brag) and cultivates a healthy working culture. Stradistas are invited to bring their whole selves and an open mind, to uncover and lean on one another's strengths, and to celebrate the wins. Creativity, expressiveness, and innovative ideation is encouraged.

      There's a distinct lack of clarity around roles.
