Pros

Able to be creative in the work we do, respectful colleagues and good management when we need it. A lot to learn which is good if you want to progress in your career. Colleagues are from all over the world but the management makes an effort to have regular social events online so everyone can get to know each other better.

Cons

Don't agree with the other cons mentioned here, this is a great company to work for!

Pros

The company itself is in a transformational journey. With COVID impacting a lot of businesses. Strategy Institute had to scale back. Now with the return of events, the business is investing into rebranding and repositioning the company to deliver more engaging events. The people are lovely to work with. With a lot of opportunity to lead, develop and take ownership of your career. Fantastic for those who want remote working. In addition to this; the company is working on an internal review to ensure the company is future proofing training and development for its employees

Cons

Events are hard work. As long as you know this going into the role. There are a lot of comments about the CEO, my personal belief after working with him for sometime. Is that he is passionate about the business, the brands and wanting the organisation to succeed. Sometimes this can be mistaken for ‘micromanaging’ the CEO really does care ands wants everyone to succeed

Pros

I started at the company as an HR Intern last year, and the experience has been nothing short of transformative. From day one, I’ve had the opportunity to take on meaningful work, build valuable skills, and grow both professionally and personally. The company fosters an open, dynamic environment where ideas are welcomed, collaboration is constant, and every day brings new learning opportunities. One of the best parts is the exposure to a wide range of industries—this diversity has been instrumental in shaping my career path and expanding my knowledge far beyond a traditional HR role. Whether it’s working with marketing, events, or leadership teams, there’s always a chance to contribute and grow. The people here are truly incredible—supportive, smart, and genuinely fun to work with. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so motivated and appreciated every day. The leadership is approachable, the culture is energetic, and the mission is exciting. If you’re looking for a company that values growth, innovation, and its people—this is the place to be.
