Pros

The earning potential in the salesforce has a very high ceiling. You have a flexible schedule and can find time to get personal stuff done rather easily. There's a ton of room for vertical and lateral movement within the company. Great leadership: owners are very hands on and easy to communicate with. The company has grown immensely in my short tenure here and has plans for more growth at an even larger more aggressive scale.

Cons

Sometimes has a start-uppy feel in the sense that some operational stuff isn't fully fleshed out. This company is not for those who aren't self-motivated to work.

Pros

Unlimited earning potential. Growth minded company culture. Great management.

Cons

Door to door sales is constant rejection, if that is an issue for you, you probably won't like this job.
