Lots of overtime available but it is not forced like a lot of companies do.

You are surrounded by great people, who genuinely care. The people made the place! Great room for career growth and learning. New VPGM is awesome and brings a world of change to the place.

Cons

Former president and some managers were terrible and incredibly unethical. There was always a fire to put out and finger pointing.
