Pros

I find working in The Talbot Group a very supportive working environment. There are great support networks available to staff via monthly cluster meetings, PIC meetings, QSR meetings and also regular supervision with your line manager. Everyone rallies round if a house needs support and takes the shared learnings from inspections.

Cons

Could be better with giving managers more autonomy at times but there is a plan in place for that.
