I've worked at Talentedge for a number of years and always enjoyed it. The senior leadership team are great (ambitious, high achieving, understanding & supportive), the training program is A* and people always seem to be having a great time. Talentedge have a great name across media / tech / consumer & I feel really privileged to work here.

Cons

None spring to mind over the years I've worked here.

Such a nice bunch of people - super supportive when you need help and the management try and maintain that balance of letting good, experienced consultants get on with doing what they're good at, while training the juniors really well.

Cons

If you want a really competitive, KPI driven type place this is definitely not for you.
