Pros
Great chemistry and supportive teammates create an atmosphere that is more mature than a startup, and less restrictive than a large company. Talksoft is an excellent place to grow into and you will find yourself surrounded by talented and friendly folks who will always have a positive word of encouragement.
Cons
I'm going to have to reach for the cons. Salary-wise they are a bit constricted by the parent company (not sure how much leeway they have). Legacy code in some places has created liabilities and code debt. Processes could be stricter, but relaxed policies give engineers room to develop, so that's a balancing act.
