Great place to work, everyone was incredibly friendly and nice. Family type of atmosphere. Excellent exposure with clients allowing for plenty of opportunities for career growth. Favorable work life balance enabling you to explore other hobbies outside of work.

Pros

1-1 training and opportunity to branch out of your specified role. Loyalty is big and everyone is supportive. Work life balance is great.

Cons

Management can be too involved in the day to day. A few upper management persons are under qualified. There is an old school feel and way of doing things.
