Coaching, mentoring, life long sales marketing and advertising experience The program is intense and teaches you something about yourself.

Cons

EVERYONE obviously has to grow and isn't perfect. It is very time consuming but that's not necessarily a negative it just isn't for everyone.

I was working here when the pandemic hit and they did everything they could to make sure everyone was okay and healthy. They even got us letters to speed up the unemployment process when the country shut down. Then when everything opened back up, they hired everyone back and provided COVID care packs with sanitizer and masks for the family. They have a great company culture. It was a great stepping stone in my career path before I opened my own company.
