      Not sure how to manage change

      Excellent product & great people

      Cons

      Management is not quite sure what direction to take company. Product is easy to sell to existing customers however very hard to win new accounts. Competition is extremely tough and the management does not understand that the old way of selling does not work anymore.

      If you work hard, you can take on more responsibilities than at the larger companies. This is great for career development and improving technical skills.
