      Hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed with TCG. With the help and encouragement from the owners, management and coworkers, I have been able to advance in positions several times. It has been a pleasure being able to watch (and be a part of) the company's growth and development throughout the years. I, myself, have experienced personal and professional development which working for TCG.

      More activities to increase morale, which is currently being reviewed by management.
