      Pros

      Great technology to be in and offers exciting skills/experience in optics and lasers for those who works hard and wants to learn. Most Employees are well educated with degree, associates degree, bachelors, masters to PH.D., and technicians are well cross trained with high level technical skill sets. Excellent and rewarding benefits throughout. Such as vacation time and health benefits. Not to mention cookouts in summer. Expanding production rapidly and continuing to grow.

      Cons

      Hard to find people with decent background in lasers and optics technology but will be rewarding for those are hired.

      Pros

      TeraDiode has a revolutionary laser technology spun-off from MIT. It is a very exciting place to work with very fast-paced product development. There are many outstanding employees working for the company. The best reward is to be part of an industry-changing company.

      Cons

      TeraDiode has the usual challenges of working at a fast-paced start-up company. It's not for everyone, but those that rise to the challenge will excel and flourish here.
