Pros

Constantly adapting and changing for the positive. Prior teaching jobs to TLG had no fix wage, no set hours and required hours of lesson planning. TLG always pays on time, no out of hours activities, you can choose hours to suit your lifestyle, option to work from home and try your hand at other skill-sets.

Cons

I wouldn't say there are any cons, I would say that if your unable to adapt to change then this job probably isn't for you.

Thank you for this thoughtful and encouraging feedback and for being such an important part of the team. We’re really pleased to hear that the stability, flexibility, and structure at TLG have been a positive shift from previous roles. Providing a fair, reliable pay model and eliminating unpaid prep time has always been a core part of how we operate. We’re equally glad that you’ve valued the chance to explore other skill sets and grow beyond the classroom. You’ve captured something essential about our culture: we’re constantly evolving. That level of change isn’t for everyone, but for those who thrive on innovation, it’s a chance to grow quickly and meaningfully. Thanks again for your contribution we’re lucky to have you. Pros

A well established company that always pays salaries on time. The company has a solid client base and if you can manage busy business professionals, you won’t be short of work. The Managing Director is very flexible and meets the needs of her employees. You won’t find a one size fits all at TLG. Each trainer has their requests and needs covered to suit better their working and personal lives. If you decide to leave this company, the door is always open to make your return. This has been my case. In conclusion, a challenging but a very rewarding environment.

Cons

For me, I see no disadvantages. It is very important to point out that this company has clear expectations and goals in mind. If you are not in line with the company philosophy or core values, you will not be able to take advantage of this ever changing but dynamic environment. Be ready to work fast and think on your feet.

Thank you for your long - standing commitment and for sharing such a thoughtful and generous review. It means a lot to hear this perspective from someone who’s experienced the company over nearly a decade and who’s returned after leaving. That says more than anything we could write ourselves. We’re proud of the flexibility, personalisation, and respect we aim to offer each trainer, and it’s great to see that reflected so clearly in your experience. You’ve captured something central to TLG: we’re not a one-size-fits-all environment. We move quickly, adapt constantly, and expect high standards but we do it with transparency and care. And as you rightly pointed out, this only works for those who align with our values and want to deliver real results for business professionals. Thank you again for everything you contribute to the team. Zoe Flaherty, CEO

Innovative and Growing Company

Pros

Innovative company with reputable clients in business & finance. Students are great and make for compelling lessons, and trainers don't need to worry about creating or planning lesson content in advance of the session -- the resources are provided, with a focus on learning by doing. Hours are fixed (within business hours), and there are opportunities for teleworking facilitated by their digital platforms, as well as diverse opportunities for growth within the company depending on individual skills and goals (defined during regular appraisals with management). Central Milan location and green philosophies a huge plus!

Cons

Scheduling (and sometimes re-scheduling) such busy students could be a time-consuming challenge, but I understand they've since implemented a calendar tool that makes it easier and takes some of this stress off the trainer.

Thank you for your kind and detailed feedback it’s great to hear that your time at TLG was positive and that you valued the structure, the clients, and our methodology. We’re especially glad you appreciated our focus on learning by doing, the support systems in place, and the chance to grow based on individual strengths. Creating an environment where trainers can focus on delivery, not materials planning, has always been a priority. You’re absolutely right about scheduling being a challenge in the past. We’ve since introduced a dedicated calendar tool and added support roles to reduce that burden and give trainers more clarity and control. Thank you again for your contribution we’re always happy to hear from former colleagues, and we wish you all the best in your continued career. Zoe Flaherty, CEO
