      Pros

      In my experience, the leaders really advocated for what’s best for the client, and how they could help me serve better.

      Cons

      Difficult to parse together full time work due to the nature of scheduling. Pay is decent for the field, but still a little low.

      Pros

      The case managers do a great job making sure everyone feels comfortable and all the staff are very inclusive and nice.

      Cons

      In this type of work, hours are6nt always guaranteed, so it can be hard when your shift gets cancelled.

      Pros

      Everyone at TRC is super friendly and available to you. They are willing to find you a great match of families. They are also very flexible with students' schedules.

      Cons

      Sometimes you get matched with a family you don't vibe with, but that's not really TRC's fault, and they are good about making sure you are comfortable.
