Pros
If you want to work hard, laugh a lot, leave the ego at the door, make friendships, and make a genuine difference in the world…then ThinkLite is for you. Here’s 411. Yeah, I said it😉 Living in the Boston area, we have many great places to work. We are fortunate in that way. But that allows us to make a considerate and conscious choice. Company: Small but Mighty! ThinkLite feels more like a supportive family to me than just coming to a job where you don’t matter. You matter here! This kind of company, leadership, and culture is hard to come across these days when most people are trying to undercut someone to get ahead or are unwilling to share knowledge because that might give the other person a perceived advantage, or the executives are just trying to make as much money as possible without caring about the people who do the daily grind. That is NOT ThinkLite. We have a great culture and clear core values that are embraced, honored, respected, and practiced daily. We support each other and celebrate each other’s success. Working at ThinkLite is hard work, but the day goes by quickly because you’re so engaged positively. Here you are constantly learning and growing. Changing the world to be a better and safer place takes elbow grease! I know it sounds like drinking the Kool-Aid, but it is true. This is not a job you are going to and grinding painfully through every day, never feeling valued or making a difference. We all make a difference here. We all contribute to mutual success and honor that privilege. It is an inspiring place to work. Leadership: Our leadership truly practices what they preach. This is a lovely supportive team that truly works together to achieve success, share knowledge, and encourage growth. Our CEO, Dinesh, is a great leader and open to knowledge sharing and helping you succeed. We share because sharing builds everyone up to be the best they can be. Titles don’t mean much of anything here because we are all working towards the same goals and success. My CEO’s door is always open for a pop-in to brainstorm; my manager is always lending an open ear; our marketing team pivots to help in a pinch; our operations team is always willing to fix my oopsie without any annoyance “sighs”; other salespeople will pop on a call to help close a sale even if it isn’t for their benefit, our customer service team is so gifted with our customers. Politics: They say every office has its politics. Well, not here!! We are too busy helping each other to be bothered with such unproductive nonsense. I hope that helps you understand ThinkLite. If you want to be the best, you have to work with the best; that is the whole company here at ThinkLite!
Cons
I would not call them cons but rather considerations. -The fact is we are a small company and that isn't for everyone. -In the Air division, we are newer to the market and not yet a household name but we will be. While that challenge is fun for the right person not everyone likes the change it takes to get there and pivoting at times to better serve our markets from what we learn. Lol, Dunkin Donuts - It is right downstairs......to darn tempting. ;-)
