The leadership shown was exceptional, and they had a clear vision for success, and show genuine care for the well-being and professional growth of me within the company. In my time I felt truly understood, and my needs and aspirations were important to them. I imagine it isn’t always easy being the boss, but I always found that management were approachable, empathetic, and always open to feedback.
The company culture could best be described as collaborative, inclusive, and driven by a shared passion for excellence. It’s clear that they place a high value on work-life balance, employee satisfaction, and fostering a positive and empowering work environment.
I feel genuinely supported and appreciated, and I am saddened that I have had to leave such a talented team, however new opportunities presented themselves which is really just part of life’s journey. Thank you to Ticketek for being a place where I could thrive both professionally and personally!

The hours and weekends can be long, and a few more staff in some areas would be ideal.
Further career opportunities so I could have stayed, I understand it can be a flat structure, I just wish there was other roles I may have been suited for.
