Pros

Tillo has been one of the most rewarding places I’ve worked. The company culture is genuinely supportive — you’re trusted to do your job and given the autonomy to grow. The people here are smart, kind, and passionate about what they do. They have great employee benefits including a recent trip to Sicily, extra holiday and private health insurance.

Cons

As a growing company, there are ever evolving changes but it's part of the ride!

Pros

The people at Tillo are fantastic, both professionally and personally.

Cons

Things aren't always thought about properly by senior management before being announced to the business, leading to confusion and, at times, upset. However, I do believe this is something that is being worked on.

We’ve grown successfully 40% last year, something we are incredibly proud of. Thank you for being part of that journey. With such growth, undoubtedly does come challenges around communication and knowledge management. We’ve worked hard to centralise and standardise our comms virtually, face to face and using our newly implemented Notion, but there’s always room to improve and evolve. Which we are committed to do. Pros

My initial attraction to the company was the community. The people team have done an amazing job of hiring a diverse community of people who are approachable, accountable and empathetic. The same can be said for management, who are very trusting and manage with a light yet competent and guiding hand. I haven't encountered of observed any toxicity and the company is really progressive.

Cons

Nothing negative to say really! Workloads can be demanding at times and there have been many requests to double hiring efforts, but there is also a heavy focus on work-life balance and preventing burnout.
