      Pros

      The projects are top-tier and the culture is 100% artist-driven. It’s loud, messy, and creative - exactly what you’d expect. The teams are so cool and my supervisor was a rockstar I learnt so much and am coming back to start on a new project in a few weeks with the same team. Surprisingly, the support people like HR aren't "corporate" types. they’re just solid people who handle the union/contract stuff efficiently so we don't have to worry about it

      Cons

      I feel like I would have said pay a few years ago but the salaries are getting more competitive. I don’t like that it’s unionized as it rips into so much of your paycheck and I’m not actually sure what value the union adds that wasn’t there 10 years ago

      Pros

      You are working with some of the best designers and animators in the industry. The "Titmouse style" allows for a lot of creative expression compared to more corporate studios.

      Cons

      Like most of the industry in Vancouver, schedules can get tight. When a deadline hits, the pace is relentless.
