      Pros

      The people are great - teamwork oriented and positive; we all work together to meet company goals. Opportunities for training/development and advancement - Lots of employee recognition - luncheons, parties, gifts and amazing social events... people know they are appreciated and it comes from the top down. Surrounded by smart people who love what they do... A very fun environment to work. The leadership team were extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise and are open and willing to share that knowledge. It is a highly collaborative team atmosphere, with everyone sharing a common purpose, which is reflected in the quality of work produced. We took on interesting and challenging projects, which always got me excited to go to work in the morning.

      Cons

      Potential challenges for those that do not seek to advance - it is a very fast moving and dynamic work environment where the scope/responsibilities continuously evolve in order to support the growing business. Due to the various downsizing of the company, negativity of possible previous employees damaging companies reputation, and may be affecting current culture.

      The people really are awesome here, we have an excellent team. It is very collaborative and we really do work together and help one another out and that is true in every role in the organization. One thing I would point out is that we haven't have "various downsizings". In the past 15 years we've had one layoff and that was over a year ago now. Since then have grown again and even hired back some people that we laid off. As you know, we are truly busier now than ever before. 2014 will be ground breaking year for us!

      Pros

      The work is challenging, the technology is always cutting edge, they invest in your education and push you to be better, the people are amazing, the culture is great! They even pay for lunch every day! The process for being reviewed and promoted is fair and is performance based. Having read the other reviews, I think they are pretty harsh. Every company has its challenges but at least you always feel like they are trying to address the issues and move the company forward. I personally think it's a great place to be.

      Cons

      If you are looking to coast, this is not the place for you. It's fast paced. You will be expected to learn and get better. I have not experienced the issues with the leadership team that other people have mentioned.
