Towell Engineering, a name well-known in the region, I have been a part of the family for last 15 years, and have had my share of challenges as well as achievements. As a senior employee, I must say that it is one of the good organizations in region to work for. TEG, truly do care for employees on a personal level and we been here as a family to achieve common objectives.
TEG’s management knows how to deal with even sensitive issues, without negatively impacting on personal sentiments, which shows in the attrition levels. That’s because the management makes sure that no chance is spared to encourage each employee to feel high about even small achievements. When we are a part of TEG, we will never have a dull moment or neither felt that we are left alone in any case of need. At least, I never had one over the years. The company promotes an open work culture, along with freshers, leads, and managers, which makes it easy to communicate a message or work together as a team which is led by our Founder, CEO and MD from the front.
