      Great Teesside business who look after the staff

      Pros

      COVID 19 as been challenging and even more so for Oil and Gas businesses. I can’t praise Tracerco / JM management enough for the work they have done to look after the staff. The best business I’ve worked for

      Cons

      Still challenging to get promotion, lots of set backs mean there hasn’t been much business growth for the last few years. Could do with a clearer renewable strategy

      Pros

      Nice atmosphere, good pay for the region and lots of opportunity. Job progression if you work hard and lots of positive initiatives happening

      Cons

      Some people still want to be stuck back in the 1990’s and are refusing to change. Lots of people holding their hand out asking for more instead of getting on with it.
