      Pros

      Healthy work environment, feedback encouraged, great working relationships with all staff and plenty of support provided to allow you to flourish. Regular weekly check ins, definitely looked after by staff as well as generous commission structure. They also encourage work life balance which I haven't come across in past industries, a pleasant difference,

      Cons

      Literally none at all, feedback is encouraged in weekly check ins so there aren't any cons at all. Personally I wouldn't change anything in terms of how things are run.
