the lack of collection from viable claims submissions takes years, follow up and follow through is detrimental to the analysts, without any good reason. Needs an overhaul..

Being able to work remotely
Cons
High demand on production and management gets all the perks while you do all the work. Management will quickly throw you under the bus and take credit for the work you have done. Can not move up in the company at all.
