-Not a typical ad agency: unique structure and perspectives and overall purpose that can't be compared to anywhere else -Lots of visionaries: great minds and people -Hybrid work environment -Everyone who works here has stock in the company -,Very scrappy and agile -Inspiring work -Intersects culture and music and technology and communications

-We are a little lean so you can get worn out -We run hard so it can be hard to find your footing sometimes
