      The amazing team, being empowered to do role and push boundaries, support from all angles

      More communication from corporate leadership (leadership communication within the hotel is great), but this has improved over the last year

      Pros

      Very focused on the team and ensuring everyone is supported as well as planning events outside of work to include everyone. Everyone works hard but helps each other and still knows how to have fun. Great environment and lots of progression opportunity unlike any other hospitality company I've worked for.
