Great startup culture where everyone has a say no matter your job title. Co-Founders are accessible and open to everyones ideas. Everyone rolls their sleeves up and gets their hands dirty helping out. Hybrid work schedule.

I started as an intern to assist in social media posts and quickly turned into part-time with a super energetic and passionate team of leaders. Inclusive environment and your opinion gets heard. When an action item gets brought up, it's not left in the dust.
Cons
Due to this company being a startup, there are still a lot of learning curves for me and the whole team.
