Logistics/Trucking’ is a hard biz but consistent and rewarding. Working OT especially during the busy times can put a strain on employees. More employees benefits would be appreciated but I hear they are coming.
Fast Paced , challenging, aggressive, positive, and overall exciting.
The company is growing VERY rapidly. This means that its very challenging and you'll have obstacles to tackle form left and right. But this means that boredom is never the case.
