      - Senior managers are willing to listen and learn the local practise - Team is making an effort to make things workable with a positive mindset - You won't be a follower, but adding value by contributing ideas and suggestions with your own insights

      Cons

      - Very fast-moving and changing environment, which required a more agile, flexible and adaptable approach - The infrastructure is in the process of being built, while global-level support is limited.

      Pros

      People are amazing and their work ethic is incredible, Often see people step up and do what needs to be done. Company genuinely cares, it may miss it's mark time to time and some of the employee applications can seem pointless, The fact that they do anything is a massive plus, Their are many places that wouldn't even try. Benefits have also been updated based on the feedback from the surveys they do on their employees showing again their commitment to supporting their staff.

      Cons

      The volume of work can be intimidating or overwhelming for people looking for an easy ride. Systems and improvements can be slow (typical of a large company)
